Clinical supervision

I have been receiving clinical supervision from Chrissy.  I work in isolation from other health professionals and having someone come in who understands my role is invaluable.  Chrissy ensures I am up to date on my clinical skills to ensure I can meet the needs of the pupils I support. Chrissy has provided me with a great induction into special needs an area I didn’t have a lot of experience and knowledge about.  Chrissy has supported me along the way with my revalidation and ensures my portfolio is up to date and ready which is stress free.
